- Small Party Catering - Let me cater your next small party or office meeting. I will work with you to come up with a menu that makes everybody happy and at the same time meets your budget.
- Intimate Dinners - Take the easy road, let me cook for your next family dinner, or impress by having a personal chef come to your house to make a meal that your guest will never forget.
- Cooking Classes - I am available for personal cooking classes, or make a party out of it. I do classes anywhere from one to ten people. I am also versed on wine pairings and would love to do a food and wine tasting for you and your friends.
- Gourmet Instructions - Let me consult with you on the many different ways to prepare food, just email me and I’ll help you any way I can.
- Menu Planning - Need help coming up with a menu for your next party, just email me and I’ll be more than happy to help come up with a great menu that will impress. I may even share a few recipes with you.
- Party Consulting - Let me help you with your next big party. I have done enough parties in my life that I can assist you in hiring a band, making large catering arrangements, supply rental, and even help design a menu for you.

Troy Meyers is a Chef with a passion for gourmet food and wine. Troy has catered thousands of parties for some of the most famous and richest people in the world. His resume includes catering parties for two United States Presidents, Bill Gates, John Travolta, Tina Turner, and many more.
Troy learned the art of cooking through the Hyatt Corporation where he worked as an apprentice for several years. He moved on to work for some of the top restaurants in the Tampa Bay area including La Bordeaux and The Grill at Feathersound. In 1997 the Grill at Feathersound was voted in the top 10 new restaurants in the state of Florida and the best restaurant in Tampa Bay.
Troy has also worked very hard in the community, being part of the “Key Event” to raise money for the West Chester Community Fund, and along with catering charity events he has donated his time and skill to feed the homeless. Troy and his family moved to Ohio in 2005 where he worked for the Encore Restaurant Group before starting his own Personal Chef and Catering business. In 2009 Troy decided to expand his catering business and open his first restaurant, Troy's Cafe. Troy has a loving wife and two children who support him, and sometimes even assist him in the family business.
Troy Meyers has worked his whole life to provide the highest standards in the culinary world, and now he is working even harder to help provide great fresh food to this community.
